At Landgoed Leudal, all buildings are constructed using circular principles. We call this “building with materials that have experience”—materials with a story. The estate covers 7.5 hectares and offers multiple accommodations for leisure and business. Group privacy is very important to us: your group stays completely private in its own space.

Landgoed Leudal offers accommodations for conferences, meetings, business events and creative workshops. We have luxury group accommodations where every room has its own private bathroom. We can host groups from 20 up to 400 people. Ideal for a family reunion, a company outing, or a trip with your faith community. Many of our accommodations are accessible for guests with reduced mobility, so we also offer options for groups with care needs.

In addition to our offer for professionals and groups, Landgoed Leudal also has options for private bookings: a hotel room in a guesthouse, a holiday home, or a HotelHuisje.

In a HotelHuisje, you have the privacy of your own holiday home while enjoying hotel facilities: breakfast service, made-up beds, and coffee and tea in your cottage.

Most HotelHuisjes also include a sofa bed. It is suitable for a maximum of 1 adult or 2 small children. The beds are made and a towel set is provided. If the sofa bed is used, an extra linen set is provided.

At Landgoed Leudal we build in a circular way, meaning construction materials are reused as much as possible. To reduce environmental impact, we give roofs, doors, walls and window frames from existing buildings a second life. As a guest, you would never guess that the door to your bedroom once opened a classroom!

In the area around Landgoed Leudal, you’ll find a great balance between the peace and space of nature and the vibrant city of Roermond. There are many activities in Roermond: on a lovely summer day you can rent a boat and enjoy the River Meuse, go shopping in the city centre or at the Designer Outlet, taste Limburg “vlaai” and other treats from local hospitality businesses, and much more.Leudal is a beautiful area to fully unwind.
